I know this is a weird title, and may be an even weirder post. A friend of mine told me to start utilizing Google Alerts. So I get an email every time someone searches for “Daniel E Taylor” or “Daniel Taylor Internet Marketing”. To my surprise I’m a lot more popular in the internet marketing world then I thought. I’ve been getting my named search every 10-20 minutes. It did make me feel sort of famous. Then it made me realize how much money I’m missing, and you could be to. For some of the terms I don’t have the top position on Google for my name. Now I am on a mission to get the top position on Google for Daniel E Taylor Internet Marketing and Daniel Taylor Marketing.
I have also registered the domain daniel-taylor.net I’m not sure exactly what I’m going to do with it right now. I was thinking about turning it into another blog, but I don’t see myself having the time to update it. I know there are ways to make it repost the post I make here via RSS feeds. Daniel Taylor Internet Marketing search term should bring me in a few more hits per day.
This post is pretty much me getting indexed so I can get high rankings on those terms. Don’t be surprised if you see the phrase Danie E Taylor Internet Marketing in a few more posts.

Some experts believe back links are one of the heaviest factors that weigh your SERP on Google. Back links also determine your Google Page Rank. A back link is nothing more than a link to your page from another webpage. All back links don’t have the same impact on your webpage. A back link from a small website will not give you as many points as a link from a major webpage. Also the back links should come from web pages with relevant content to yours. If your webpage is about making money, than back links from an entertainment gossip website wouldn’t weigh to heavy in obtaining a high PR.

SEO is an acronym that every webmaster must be familiar with. It stands for search engine optimization. Depending on how well your website is optimized determines your search page results position. Adequately optimized websites will be competitive in the race for the top positions on search engines.
What is Google page rank? Page rank is a system Google created to rank how important a website is. The system is based on algorithm’s that rank your website according to a few determining factors.

Everyday I get a ton of emails asking me about SEO. I know when I first started out I had no idea what SEO was, nor did I care. I thought I would build a website and it would just be blazing with traffic. Little did I know I was in for a rude awakening. When I started there was very little useful information about what SEO is and how it worked. I knew I wasn’t doing something right because my website usually ended up around page 10,000.
SEO is something a successful online hustler needs to understand. It’s not anything complicated given you have the right information. What I have done was dedicate a full day to finding the most informative SEO tutorials on the web. I read every article thoroughly to ensure that the online hustlers would benefit from the information.

http://www.highrankings.com/articles.htm: Great resource of articles written for the SEO newbie and to the intermediate.
searchengine.com: Another good resource for the newbie
apromotionguide.com: Good information. Just ignore the Adsense
Also to me the best resource is always your peers. So with that said use forums to gain even more information.
